Booking Policy

1. Appointment Booking & Card Detail

Polished Nails and Spa now requires you to provide valid credit card details instead of collecting a deposit when booking an appointment. These details are securely stored and will only be charged in the event of a cancellation, rescheduling, or no-show, as outlined below.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients. Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the service price.

3. No – Shows

If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, your card will be charged the full price of the service booked.

4. Punctuality

Please make sure you arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late may result in a shortened, and in such cases, the cancellation policy will apply.

5. Service Selection

Please carefully book all the services you need when booking so we can allocate enough time for your appointment. This helps us to accommodate your needs and ensures you receive the best possible service.
